My product has developed limescale and/or is spitting out limescale particles.The type of water used is not suitable.Use only distilled or demineralised water, and not softened water or tap water.
There are traces of water on the Box or the Tube.These condensation marks are likely to appear after repeated use.Wipe the inside and outside of the Box/the Tube with a clean soft cloth after each use.
It can be difficult to connect IGGI. Apply sufficient pressure when inserting the IGGI nozzle into the Box or the Tube.
Steam escapes when IGGI is activated.The steam button has not been switched off properly.
