How do I switch programs on the AURA, and when should I use each one?

Press the main button in the centre of the control panel to cycle through the three programs. Each is precisely calibrated for a different task:

•    Press once — Beautify (Level 1, 120°C): For delicate fabrics and surfaces. Refresh household textiles like silk curtains, cushions, decorative pillows, and steam clothing. Relaxes fibres, removes light creases, and deodorises gently without risking heat damage.
•    Press twice — Clean (Level 2): Your go-to for hard surfaces — kitchen counters, bathroom tiles, grout, ovens, and mirrors. Steam temperature is high enough to dissolve grease and limescale on contact.
•    Press three times — Purify (Level 3, up to 150°C): Maximum performance for chemical-free disinfection and fabric sanitisation. Use on mattresses, sofas, and any surface where you need to eliminate viruses, bacteria, dust mites, bed bugs, pollen, and lice. This is the mode that delivers the certified 2-second kill results.

A simple rule of thumb: the more delicate the material, the lower the setting. The more hygiene-critical the surface, the higher.
