What surfaces or materials should I NOT clean with Laurastar AURA?

The Laurastar AURA is highly versatile, but because DMS steam reaches up to 150°C, some materials require caution or should be avoided altogether:

•    Unsealed natural surfaces — hardwood floors, marble, limestone, concrete, or natural stone
•    Porous materials such as cork, bamboo, paper, or cardboard
•    Flooring with cracks or gaps such as parquet — steam pressure can penetrate and cause warping
•    Certain delicate fabrics — thin plastics, velour upholstery, and heat-intolerant silks
•    Leather and wax-polished furniture
•    Electrical appliances and sockets — never direct steam at these

For sensitive materials, always use Level 1 (Beautify) mode at 120°C — or avoid altogether if in doubt. When unsure, run a quick spot test on an inconspicuous area first, or consult the material manufacturer.
